CrossFit has an amazing community. It’s a fun way to get fit with a lot of people.
The last person finishing is just as important as the first one. As CrossFitters we don’t believe that the fittest person on the planet is the marathon champ who can run all day and all night. And it’s not the power lifter with the biggest bench press or the girl who looks pretty fit in a bikini. All these people at best, are specialists in one or two types of fitness.
